Part Processing Services One of our most important service offerings to our Customers, as our part processing services allow our Customers to consolidate supply base requirements and receive proto type parts and various pilot build part support with out interrupting valuable production resources at production facilities. We service various markets and sectors with our part processing department and we utilize a large material oven, a Hepburn 2000 ton vertical hydraulic molding press, heating capabilities with steam or oil up to 600 degrees, a 25 ton clamshell PUR foaming press, a Cannon PUR foaming system and a robotic water jet trimming cell for part trimming. Part processing experience in SMC, Composites, LPMC, EVA backed Carpet, PP backed Carpet, Cargo Management using Greenwood, Azdel for Headliners, Poly Urethane Foam in place, Poly Urethane Energy Absorbers and Poly Urethane Headrest.
